Director Ben Floyd has over 20 years restaurant & catering experience in the UK and overseas. Ben started in the big hotels on Brighton seafront in the early 90s.

Catriona is a specialist in the food sector having spent nearly twenty years working for national hospitality companies including London based Bread Ltd owners of Gails Bakery.

Our Founder (Ben) has been in hospitality for over 25 years and is now predominantly based in London.
