Director Ben Floyd has over 20 years restaurant & catering experience in the UK and overseas. Ben started in the big hotels on Brighton seafront in the early 90s.

Catriona is a specialist in the food sector having spent nearly twenty years working for national hospitality companies including London based Bread Ltd owners of Gails Bakery.

Stephen Macintosh

Stephen’s formative hospitality operations career formed under Chris Corbin and Jeremy King in the early 00’s, and he ran their restaurants for over a decade.

Having studied Culinary Arts & Pâtisserie at St Andree, Yann now boasts a career which includes running a 3 AA rosette kitchen, reaching the finals of the BBC’s Masterchef
