CLIENT BRIEF – HOW DID WE HELP
Shane and Liz contacted us earlier in 2021 looking for operational support to open their first site.
The menu was their creation, dishes they had enjoyed eating or learned from traveling through Japan. Their food was already amazing. But what they really needed was the operational assistance to make those initial opening weeks as smooth as possible. Assistance with the flow of the kitchen, getting the staffing levels right and really how to get through a 200c service from a new kitchen that no one had operated before
Opening day was the 14th April and as you can imagine after a lengthy lockdown they excitement was intense.
