Ikonika Hotels in Malta-

Ikonika hotels  are an expanding group of boutique hotels in Malta. Founded by Conrad Borg Ikonika collection has expanded across Valletta and Paceville sites to include boutique hotels, spas and now several restaurant spaces.

 

IKYK St Juliens-

Paceville is the vibrant part of the Island where you can find most of the nightlife and partying until the early hours. IKYK hotel

has 110 rooms, 3 restaurant spaces and a rooftop swimming pool and bar. We were asked to review and assist the current F&B offering and assist with the launch of the main restaurant Chameleon and the up and coming bar and club Alu restobar.

Bites-

A fun family friendly late night QSR restaurant serving Pizzas, burgers, hot dogs & loaded fries. We reviewed the brand, positioning, menu, pricepoint and overall visibility on Bolt. With a few menu tweaks and design changes to the menu and overall signage we revamped the offering for Bites and added some great fried chicken and loaded fries to the menu…

 

Chameleon-

The main hotel restaurant where breakfast is served daily, transitions into a Brazilian Rodizio for dinner. With a beautiful cold buffet display to accompany the rotisserie grilled meats its a carnivores delight and perfect for the Maltese market. Grilled meats are carved at the table and we helped create and train the theatre of the live service. Whilst of course the food offering was important, what really helped deliver this restaurant was the overall theming of the place, by softening the room, adding decoration and creating a warm inviting atmosphere we helped make this a great family dining experience

Alu resto club-

Pan asian club and bar with dining, this is still work in progress but due to launch in July this year, more to come.
