Seven54 Manchester

Our latest project has been Restaurant consultancy for Seven54 a well established bistro in Didsbury Manchester. Read how we evaluated their business needs and helped them launch a series of menus for different time of the day.

Kiwa Bar & Grill

Our latest opening is a 5000 sq ft two storey restaurant in Chinatown. Meet Kiwa bar and grill and the owners The Fountain Ltd. International restauranteurs from Korea have their debut site in Gerrards place, Soho. We have been involved for some months, consulting on the restaurant, bar, design, financials and recruitment. Launching ground floor in December 2021 and 1st floor in February 2022

Get Fresh Cyprus

Get Fresh Cyprus, the vision of Dimitri & Marios is a heathly fast food cafe in Nicosia. Well established with two sites and expanding to other towns on the island.

EL&N Café

Read more about our recent collaboration with EL&N London "the most instagrammable cafe in the world". Lumiere Consultancy worked with the team to help them launch their new site in St Pancras, London. Assisting with menu development and styling for this iconic brand. We are very proud of our collaborative efforts with EL&N cafe.

Soul Deli

Cafe and deli partnership with Spaces flexible office space and co working environment. Soul Deli has been expanding rapidly and we have been tasked with assisting that growth and helping them explore new sectors. As experts in Hospitality consulting and menu development we devised a menu for them to build a weekend brunch trade with.

Warings Bakery

Warings bakery is a well established bakery & cafe group based in the south east of England. With over 30 years of heritage and wonderful bakery products we have worked with them to launch a brunch menu and to revisit their overall food and service offering.

Dutch Brunch Bakery Riyadh

Opening in September 2021 Dutch Brunch bakery is a European style cafe based in downtown Riyadh. **Ben as per Soul Deli we could do with create a landing page for this or even a coming soon message otherwise it is going to look a little odd.

L'oscar London

Read about our project with one of London's most beautiful 5* luxury hotels. Privately owned and recently opened l'oscar in Holborn, London. An iconic venue with restaurants, banqueting & luxurious surroundings. One of our favourite hospitality consultancy projects.

Oishi Don

Japanese street food concept opening in spring 2021. See how we have helped Shane and Liz get their first site open. 

Mahiki Manchester

Mahiki openined in October 2006 and has grown to become one of the world's most famous night spots. Lumiere consultancy was engaged to re launch and re-imagine the menu for the heavy hitting night club giants Mahiki.

Pitch

Pitch is the first restaurant by Kenny Tutt, Masterchef winner 2018. Our role with Kenny & Lucy and the team at Pitch has been so far to add an extra layer of support in setting up. Help organise the service, and a bit of food styling.

Lumiere Consultancy are a restaurant consultancy providing professional food and chef consultant services. Our Founder (Ben) has been a restaurant consultant for over 20 years and is now predominantly based in London. Our key areas of expertise are Restaurant Menu Design, Hospitality Consulting and Event Consultancy.
