Clean Kitchen Club Menu Development-

Having been open for a couple of years, before an expansion project founder Mikey Pearce of Clean Kitchen club got in contact for some menu development. The ambition is to make Clean Kitchen Club a successful high street brand  Factoring in the need for robust processes along with speedy service was really important to the brief.

Burger stack Clean kitchenThe model of Clean Kitchen club has changed somewhat, now focusing on Burgers, Loaded fries & nuggets with Juices, Shakes and Acai bowls.  Refining these was our target. To make Clean Kitchen Club a quick delivery, focused QSR restaurant.

One tasting and two photoshoots and a presentation later and the results speak for themselves. Working with We are Me:Mo

We produced a full days tasting and photo shoot along with food stylist to really help build the brand and the awareness. Making this not only a great Vegan burger, but simply a great burger.

What we did!!

We developed the new vegan smash burger, a hot and spicy vegan chicken, bowls and loaded fries. All super tasty and vegan. The challenges were around making sure that the processes were able to be replicated at speed. With a new site opening in a high footfall area of central London we needed to make sure we could keep up with demand.

An operational handbook was written for ease of replication, so that the Ops team could easily train staff in their Battersea, Camden and new stores that are opening soon.

Watch this space the next site will launch within weeks. With further site coming in 2024
