King’s House – new spot in Chelsea

 

Place concept  

King’s House is a new restaurant, bar and garden that is set to bring laid-back dining to a beautiful expansive space on the King’s Road. The project was opened in a partnership with Dhruv Baker (you must have heard about him – BBC One’s MasterChef 2010 winner). 

Multi-faceted venue has plenty of things to offer – British-Basque cuisine, bottomless brunches and drinks party on night time. Fridays and Saturdays become an entertainment hub with the coolest DJ’s in the city. Without doubt – you don’t want to miss it!

 

How we helped

We were in charge of menu development and crockery selection to accomplish chef’s main vision. The goal was to create a dining concept that taps into Chelsea’s vibrant going-out scene and a relaxed and fun environment. And as you might guess, we’ve reached it! We decided to list some brunch menu positions to make you hungry and on your way to make a reservation: Ex-dairy steak tartare, with a smoked egg yolk and Melba toast, Roasted Delicia pumpkin, with goats’ cheese and pumpkin seed oil, Cassoulet de Toulouse with haricots blancs and Morteau sausage, Burnt leeks with romesco and toasted hazelnuts – and that was just a start, we haven’t even mentioned the dessert options 🙂

In addition to make your mouth watery, we handled recruiting and staff training and prepared everything for an opening launch and a press launch.

 

 

King’s House is open for bottomless brunches with . . . . . . 90 mins of Laurent Perrier Champagne, FIFA World Cup 2022 in November and December and of course – Christmas celebration. Oh, and we forgot about private hire. In order to make a reservation be sure to check King’s house website or Instagram page.
