CLIENT BRIEF – WHAT WE WERE ASKED TO DO
Our role with Kenny & Lucy and the team at Pitch has been so far to add an extra layer of support in setting up. Help organise the service, and a bit of food styling. It was very important to retain Kenny’s identity in his food. The emphasis has been un fussy English food with great provenance and using as much local produce as possible. We opened to a full restaurant and bar, around 180 people on the press night and 80 to 100 covers lunch and dinner in the following week.
