Having worked with (owners of GAILs Bakery, The Bread Factory, Bertinet and The Flour Station) and Scotland’s Mathieson’s Bakeries. Catriona has held senior management roles and has a proven track record in company growth, product development and launch, sales and account management and marketing.

Having joined Lumiere, Catriona now consults with other businesses using her extensive experience to support them with their operational strategies to grow the business, increase profitability and improve efficiencies.  She also specialises in property location and selection, NPD planning and overall project management.
