Renata began her career as s brand promoter, bartender and supervisor graduating to assistant manager in different types of restaurants, Since moving to the UK three years ago Renata has gained exposure across the hospitality industry. Working in  4* hotels in Westminster and Canary Wharf and a range of restaurants throughout the city.

Her career as an restaurant manager gave her the opportunity to see how restaurants operate and what they need to be successful.
