Wentworth Golf Club

Stephen and Ben have been working closely with the team at Wentworth to really dig deep into their F&B strategy and culture. Whilst understanding their guests needs and expectations we have begun a training program for their restaurant team, mentored their F&B operations and worked with the senior management to really develop their F&B aspirations

Angus & Steak & Co

We have been busy working alongside the talented and busy chefs at Angus & Steak & Co to set up a central production kitchen for the two brands, along with sister company Alleycats and Chotto Matte. Further development of the Angus & Steak & Co menu, particularly desserts and seasonal changes were factored into our scope of work

Boca a Boca

Coming soon to Charlotte st in Fitzrovia. Boca a Boca is the London debut for Ukrainian Restauranteur Andrii Nikonov . Having already a site in Kyiv that is performing well, the second site of Boca a Boca is due to open with much anticipation. This has been an end to end consultancy project for Lumiere from finding and negotiating the site, recruitment, supplier negotiations and procurement. More to follow-

EL&N Café

Read more about our recent collaboration with EL&N London "the most instagrammable cafe in the world". Lumiere Consultancy worked with the team to help them launch their new site in St Pancras, London. Assisting with menu development and styling for this iconic brand. Ikonika Hotels Malta

Ikonika Hotels in Malta are a collection of boutique hotels, spas and now restaurants. Currently operating in the beautiful city of Valletta & the vibrant nightlife area of Paceville. Broken Eggs

Opening Soon at 24-25 Foley street. Fitzrovias' latest restaurant is Spanish comfort food at its best. Brought to life by Gabriel and Marta who launched and successfully ran Broken Eggs as a dark kitchen concept out of Carousel. We are so proud of our clients

Antipodea London

Antipodea. An all-day Australian brasserie that converts from a laid back Melbourne affair to a hustle and bustling night time dining spot. Well travelled and well designed, Antipodea is a well established multi site restaurant group. We were asked to assist with menu development for their evening and all day dining menus in Richmond & Kew.

Med Cusine

Med Cuisine, a beautiful supplier of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern products whom we have supported with building their retail strategy in the UK and have recently launched 10 lines in Whole Foods Markets UK. Catriona is continuing to work with them to offer guidance and strategic support to grow their presence in the D2C channels in the UK.

Presteez fruit bar

At Lumiere we also work with companies from overseas looking to launch their product lines in the UK. Presteez is a unique fruit bar made without any added sugar or binders, using innovative technology from Israel. We have been working with Presteez to identify the target markets and channels to approach first, understand the competitor landscape and the correct price position and target customer, and the overall launch strategy for the product. The products are launching across the UK in October 2023.

The Hackney

The Hackney is an event venue with cafe and workspace in E2 London. Having operated for a number of years as a wedding and event venue the Hackney team decided that this year they wanted to bring the events in house.

L’oscar London

Charlottes in the Pantiles

Beautifully created cocktail bar and small plates restaurant in the heart of the Pantiles in Kent. Charlottes takes the magic of the west end to the heart of Royal Tunbridge wells to give its customers, premium cocktails, great vibes and of course amazing food.

The Patio

The Patio is a Nigerian concept restaurant, in the heart of the city Smithfield street. Recently opened in October 2022, The Patio is a 5 storey west African restaurant. See how we developed the concept, found the premises and assisted the owners of the restaurant to open their first site in London

Doff Cafe Riyadh

We recently helped a Saudi based group of restauranteurs open a new all day dining cafe in Riyadh. Having developed the menu with the clients we flew to Riyadh to help train the staff and prepare for the soft launch

Dirty Martini

We recently worked with iconic nightclub brand Dirty Martini, for the launch of their new brunch concept. Having worked on a number of nightclubs in the past we had already a great understanding of the caveats surrounding drinking and dining.

Get Fresh Cyprus

Get Fresh Cyprus, the vision of Dimitri & Marios is a heathly fast food cafe in Nicosia. Well established with two sites and expanding to other towns on the island.

Kiwa Bar & Grill

Our latest opening is a 5000 sq ft two storey restaurant in Chinatown. Meet Kiwa bar and grill and the owners The Fountain Ltd. International restauranteurs from Korea have their debut site in Gerrards place, Soho. We have been involved for some months, consulting on the restaurant, bar, design, financials and recruitment. Launching ground floor in December 2021 and 1st floor in February 2022

Dutch Brunch Bakery Riyadh

Opening in September 2021 Dutch Brunch bakery is a European style cafe based in downtown Riyadh.

Pawsitive Cafe

Dog friendly cafe in Westbourne grove. Outrageously designed, fun and crazy interiors, but great food and service.

Kings House

The Kings House is a premium pub and restaurant on New Kings road. British Basque cookery at its finest and a menu developed by masterchef winner Dhruv Baker

Seven54 Manchester

Our latest project has been Restaurant consultancy for Seven54 a well established bistro in Didsbury Manchester. Read how we evaluated their business needs and helped them launch a series of menus for different time of the day.

Soul Deli

Cafe and deli partnership with Spaces flexible office space and co working environment. Soul Deli has been expanding rapidly and we have been tasked with assisting that growth and helping them explore new sectors. As experts in Hospitality consulting and menu development we devised a menu for them to build a weekend brunch trade with.

Mahiki Manchester

Mahiki openined in October 2006 and has grown to become one of the world's most famous night spots. Lumiere consultancy was engaged to re launch and re-imagine the menu for the heavy hitting night club giants Mahiki.

Warings Bakery

Warings bakery is a well established bakery & cafe group based in the south east of England. With over 30 years of heritage and wonderful bakery products we have worked with them to launch a brunch menu and to revisit their overall food and service offering.
